Gallina and Dutton showed off\"external<\/a> their proposal for Parcel 5. It’s a pretty flashy mid-rise proposal with some open space to boot. Color me intrigued.<\/p>\n

Still Fighting<\/h3>\n

So EMMA still really doesn’t want\"external<\/a> that apartment building. Even disinvested neighborhoods think poorly of renters. Go figure.<\/p>\n

Bike Share<\/h3>\n

Looks like the city has selected\"external<\/a> Zagster for the implementation of a bike share system. While I am personally disappointed that B-Cycle didn’t make it (since they’re compatible with just about everywhere I find myself on a regular basis), it’s still a good thing. Bike share revolutionized my lunch hour in New York City, and I really cannot say enough good stuff about it.<\/p>\n
