Another one bites the dust with the closure<\/a> of the corner bakery over at Collegetown. It’s easy to think this shows some sort of long term trend, as does the closing of Cosentino’s, but…<\/p>\n

Grand Opening!<\/h3>\n

…At the exact same time Bar 145 just opened\"external<\/a> at Collegetown. The 8th location for the ‘chain’ based on Toledo, this is the first in New York. Good luck to them.<\/p>\n

Don’t Say I’m Back<\/h3>\n

In other local-venue-news, Water Street Music Hall received a conditional license\"external<\/a> to keep operating. There’s a laundry list of requirements that should probably be titled “Stuff Water Street Should Already Have Been Doing.” Maybe now they will?<\/p>\n
