Gallina and Dutton showed off their proposal for Parcel 5. It’s a pretty flashy mid-rise proposal with some open space to boot. Color me intrigued.

Still Fighting
So EMMA still really doesn’t want that apartment building. Even disinvested neighborhoods think poorly of renters. Go figure.
Bike Share
Looks like the city has selected Zagster for the implementation of a bike share system. While I am personally disappointed that B-Cycle didn’t make it (since they’re compatible with just about everywhere I find myself on a regular basis), it’s still a good thing. Bike share revolutionized my lunch hour in New York City, and I really cannot say enough good stuff about it.
To Do List
