The 18-story skeleton of Midtown Tower has loomed over the streets of Rochester since 2011. Now, for the first time we're able to see inside the gutted tower, and stunning views of downtown from the roof. An anonymous urban explorer tells his story of a late-night climb to the "top of the plaza."
